Rapid and reliable isolation of high-expressing stable clones remains a challenge for the biopharmaceutical industry. At ACYTE Biotech we have developed methods to simplify this process. Using a cutting edge, platform approach we offer rapid, high-throughput clonal isolation using intelligent cell sorting by flow cytometry in combination with robotic automation utilising the CLonePixFL.
Our technology provides for the accelerated selection of cells expressing recombinant proteins using multiparameter FACS in association with dual intracellular auto-fluorescent reporter proteins. Antibody expression selection can be facilitated through heavy and light chain-specific fluorescent reporter proteins for the rapid identification and isolation of high expressing cell lines.
